About Us

I was first introduced to the salon suite movement in 2016 while educating for Surface Hair in Austin, TX. While renting a chair and being your own boss has long been a part of the beauty industry, the individual suite concept took things to the next level. It gives entrepreneurial stylists the freedom to create their own brand, build their dream clientele, and run their business on their own terms — all without the high overhead of a traditional full-service, commission-based salon.

 

That concept instantly resonated with me.

 

I fell in love not just with the idea of owning my own salon studio, but with the opportunity to create a space where other like-minded professionals could thrive — a place built on creativity, community, and growth.

 

In February 2020, I opened the first Solo Studios location in O'Fallon, Missouri. And in March 2025, we proudly expanded with a second location in St. Peters. Watching this vision grow has been nothing short of amazing, and I’m beyond excited for what’s still to come.
